Riverbed Console Table
Crafted from a locally harvested black walnut tree that came down during a storm. Walnuts stored in the old tree years ago by squirrels were revealed during milling. Some of those walnuts remain in the table top — look closely, and you can see them in the "river." By adding blue Ecopoxy® fill, we created a smooth, cleanable surface that to our eye suggests a riverbed. Lower shelf. Satin finish is a durable, easy-care, water-resistant, and stain resistant varnish.
